This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Yalla Grow courses, workshops, digital products, and services.

1. Digital Courses & Digital Products

Because digital products and course materials can be accessed after purchase, refund requests are reviewed carefully. Refund requests may be accepted within 14 days of purchase if access has not been substantially used, downloaded, shared, or consumed.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds may not be available if a customer has used a significant part of the course, downloaded digital files, received private service work, joined a live session, received a certificate, or requested a refund after the allowed review period.

3. Live Workshops & Programs

For live workshops or limited-seat programs, refund eligibility may depend on the program type, start date, and whether the seat has already been reserved or the program has started.
