This Delivery Policy explains how Yalla Grow delivers courses, digital products, workshops, and related services purchased through our website.
1. Digital Product Delivery
Most Yalla Grow products are digital. After successful payment confirmation, access details may be sent by email, WhatsApp, account access, download link, course platform invitation, or another official delivery method used by Yalla Grow.
2. Delivery Time
Digital access is usually delivered shortly after payment confirmation. In some cases, access may take up to 24 hours due to manual review, payment confirmation, technical setup, or enrollment processing.
3. Live Courses & Workshops
For live sessions, customers will receive session details, schedule, access links, group links, or platform instructions before the session or program starts.
4. Incorrect Contact Information
Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct at checkout. Yalla Grow is not responsible for delayed access caused by incorrect contact information provided by the customer.
5. Physical Delivery
If any physical product, printed material, or package is offered, delivery time, shipping fees, and delivery areas will be shown or communicated separately.
